Stainless Steel Air End — Genuinely Oil-Free
The heart of our water-lubricated screw series is a fully stainless-steel air end, independently developed and manufactured with a patented shaft-sealing design. Water acts as the lubricant, coolant, and sealant throughout the compression chamber.
Because the air end operates at only around 3,000 rpm — far slower than conventional oil-free screws — bearing loads are lower, component wear is reduced, and service life extends beyond 25 years. The compressed air leaving our system contains 0 ppm oil, with no need for any oil-removal post-treatment filtration.

Permanent Magnet VFD Drive — Maximum Energy Savings
Our variable-frequency models are equipped with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor with efficiency above 97%, directly coupled to the air end without belts, couplings, or speed-increasing gears. This eliminates transmission loss and significantly reduces noise.
The VFD controller continuously adjusts motor speed to match air demand — from 40% to 100% of rated capacity — maintaining constant pressure within a 0.1 MPa band. For facilities with fluctuating air demand, this translates to energy savings of up to 35% compared to fixed-frequency operation.

Our CMW scroll series is unique in the global market — it is the only oil-free scroll compressor capable of sustained operation at 1.2 MPa working pressure. This is achieved through a high-rigidity square air-end design with advanced thermal management, enabling the scroll unit to handle pressures that would exceed the structural limits of any conventional scroll design.
