Oil-lubricated compressors carry a risk of oil aerosol contaminating the compressed air stream. In food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chip fabrication, and precision coating, even trace oil contamination can compromise product quality, trigger regulatory non-compliance, or damage sensitive equipment. Oil-free compressors eliminate this risk entirely and often reduce post-processing costs by removing the need for oil-removal filtration.

Our CM series uses a fully stainless-steel air end with pure water as the lubricating, sealing, and cooling medium. Because water replaces oil throughout the compression chamber, there is no lubricating oil anywhere in the system and no risk of oil contamination. The air-end operating temperature remains below 45 degrees C during normal operation, which also lowers moisture content in the compressed air and reduces the burden on downstream drying equipment.

Our water-lubricated CM series holds Germany TUV oil-free certification with oil content at ISO 8573-1 (2010) Class 0 — the most stringent classification. The manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). Process gas compressors comply with API618 and applicable Chinese national standards.

The CMW scroll series carries a 2-year air-end warranty — among the longest available in the scroll compressor market. Our after-sales team provides remote diagnostic support and can coordinate service through our network of distributor partners. Routine maintenance is minimal: the only scheduled consumables are the air filter and seal ring, replaced annually.
