Product Overview

With more than 70 years of continuous manufacturing history — the predecessor plant was established in 1951 under direct jurisdiction of China's Ministry of Mechanical Industry — Ever Power has assembled one of the most complete oil-free lubrication reciprocating air compressor lineups available from a single source. The baseline models 3L-11/7, 4L-22/7, and L5.5-42/7 earned national "Silver Quality Awards" and remain state-designated standard products, reflecting decades of measured field performance. As one of the earliest Chinese manufacturers to develop and commercialise oil-free lubrication air compressor series, the product range now spans the full pressure spectrum from low-pressure bulk conveying through to high-pressure valve integrity testing, with single-unit capacities up to 500 Nm³/min and motor drives up to 10,000 KW. All units comply with API 618 and applicable national standards, backed by ISO 9001 certification and full Class-I / Class-II pressure vessel design and manufacturing permits.

High-volume duties: fermentation aeration, glass bottle blowing, dense-phase and dilute-phase pneumatic conveying of cement, fly ash, flour, and plastic pellets. PTFE-composite rings deliver zero-oil output continuously.

General Process / Instrument Air

Standard plant air for pneumatic actuators, control systems, and general production utilities. Eliminates downstream coalescent filtration and oil-contamination risk.

Medium Pressure — PET & Composites

PET stretch blow moulding, composite-material autoclave systems, and CAES grid storage. Meets ISO 8573-1 Class 1 purity; protects preform integrity in food-contact applications.

What makes these compressors truly oil-free?
There is no lubrication oil anywhere in the compression cylinders. Piston rings and packing use self-lubricating PTFE-composite materials, so the delivered air carries zero oil — meeting ISO 8573-1 Class 0 or Class 1 without downstream coalescent filtration.
Which model range covers a 3.5 MPa PET blowing line?
At 3–4 MPa you are in the medium-pressure class. Models 4MW-25/40 and 4MW-100/100 are common starting points. Share your total flow requirement in Nm³/min (machine count × cycle rate) plus site elevation and ambient temperature for an accurate sizing.
Can these run on a VFD for variable demand?
Reciprocating piston compressors normally run at fixed speed; capacity control uses cylinder unloaders, bypass valves, or clearance pockets. Smaller ZW-series models can be VFD-supplied where torque curves allow. For highly variable demand, a multi-unit arrangement with staggered starts usually delivers better overall efficiency.
Is 6 kV motor supply a standard option?
Yes. 6 kV and 10 kV are standard from roughly the DW-60 series upward. For large units such as the HW-300/8 at 1,800 KW, high-voltage supply is preferred to keep cable cross-sections manageable. Specify your site voltage when enquiring.
How do oil-free reciprocating compressors compare with oil-free screw machines above 1 MPa?
Above 1 MPa, screw machines lose efficiency rapidly and require multi-staging. Reciprocating piston designs are more energy-efficient, reach up to 25 MPa discharge, have longer wear-part intervals, and handle variable ambient conditions more robustly. For PET blowing, high-pressure testing, and similar duties, piston technology is the industry standard.
